The Isowater® Chemistry Award (a part of the STEM Community Outreach Awards) was presented at the Simcoe County Regional Science Fair awarding the project showing the strongest chemistry practices. 2018 Loran Scholar and Isowater® employee, Zane Frantzen, was awarded the Barrie Mayor’s Award for Sustainable Communities while participating at the fair.

The Isowater® STEM Community Outreach Award was presented at Jean Vanier High School to the graduating student who excelled most in both participating in and promoting STEM within the school.

Isowater® along with The Clearview Youth Centre and Stayner Collegiate Institute held an after school interactive learning event. Students with a variety of levels of experience were taught coding by an Isowater® staffer.
